Ecological construction supervision / environmental construction supervision
Ecological or environmental construction supervision is intended to ensure that the interests of the environment and in particular of nature protection are observed and that environmental damage is prevented throughout the entire construction process when implementing a construction project. This approach allows us to comply with nature conservation aspects and laws in accordance with the approval and prevent delays that could otherwise arise due to non-compliance.
Our competent ecological construction supervision includes the following key tasks:
- Continuous expert advice for the project sponsor, from planning to completion of construction
- Surveys of flora and fauna before and during construction, such as structural inspections regarding potential bat roosts
- Integration of nature conservation issues into the complex processes of major construction sites
- Early detection of conflicts and finding practical solutions
- Coordination with the relevant authorities
- Collection of evidence and documentation that construction has been executed in compliance with approval
